Vending machines in Wayland, Michigan.
Wayland's largest property runs 24 hours a day with nearly a thousand employees, and more industrial space is going up off the US-131 interchange. Round-the-clock staffing is the clearest case there is for a machine nobody has to open.
BotBox installs and services AI grab-and-go vending machines in Wayland buildings — at no cost to the property. Tap, take what you want, close the door. There are no spirals, so nothing gets stuck.

- Getting there
- About 22 miles south of downtown Grand Rapids, roughly 27 minutes on US-131.
Gun Lake Casino is owned and operated by the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians — the Gun Lake Tribe took full operational control in 2018 — and employs roughly 970 people across more than 160,000 square feet of gaming space. A $300 million expansion added a 16-story, 252-room hotel tower, opened in March 2025. Off Exit 68, a 48-acre industrial campus is planned for six buildings ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet.
The buildings we are looking for in Wayland.
Not a generic list. These are the property types that actually exist here in volume.

Hospitality and gaming
A round-the-clock operation with a large back-of-house staff. Employee break areas in a 24-hour property are the clearest case for a machine that never needs anyone to open it.

02
New industrial off US-131
Buildings that do not exist yet are the easiest ones to plan an amenity into. We would rather talk to you before the drywall goes up.

03
Schools and downtown businesses
Wayland Union Schools employs roughly 375 people, and the historic downtown is working its way back after a 1950s freeway bypass.
The casino sits on tribal land in Wayland Township rather than inside the city, which matters only for knowing who to talk to. If you are the industrial campus going up off Exit 68, we would rather plan the amenity in before drywall than come back and retrofit it once the building is leased.
Are you actually going to drive to Wayland?
Wayland is roughly twenty-seven minutes south on US-131, sharing a run with Byron Center and Middleville. We are new, and we plan the southern route rather than claiming it already exists. A twenty-four-hour property with a nine-hundred-person staff is exactly the kind of anchor that turns a planned route into a real one — and if you are the building going up off Exit 68, we would rather talk before the walls are finished.
Nothing. The same terms everywhere we go.
- No cost to the property. No purchase, no lease, no required revenue share, no service contract to sign.
- No labor. We install it, stock it, service it and handle refunds. Our contact information goes on the machine, not yours.
- Month to month. If the machine stops being worth the floor space it sits on, tell us and we come pull it out.
- What we need from you. A standard 120V outlet, WiFi the machine can join, and roughly eight square feet of floor.
- Card only. Tap, chip or mobile wallet. No cash sits on your property and there is nothing worth breaking into.
- An assortment built for your building. Sometimes people just need snacks. Sometimes non-traditional items go a long way. We will build a selection that matches the quirkiness of your community — nothing is too weird, as long as it is legal.
