Standale on Lake Michigan Drive is Walker's traditional downtown, with its own DDA and mostly small tenants who have no back-of-house space. And the detail that tells you the most about this city: when the DeltaPlex arena closed, it was rezoned and converted into industrial warehouse and office suites. Buildings here get repurposed toward industry, and industry runs shifts.
