Vending machines in Holland, Michigan.

Holland has more kinds of building than anywhere else we serve — plants, a hospital, a college, a real downtown. What they have in common is people on site for hours who cannot always leave.

Getting there
About 28 miles west of downtown Grand Rapids, roughly 38 minutes on I-196. Inside our radius, at the edge of it.

Haworth, the privately held office furniture manufacturer founded in 1948, is headquartered at One Haworth Center with roughly 2,000 local employees. LG Energy Solution has run an EV battery manufacturing complex here since 2010 — the first the company built in the United States. Yanfeng makes automotive interiors on Waverly Road, JR Automation builds industrial automation systems, and Hope College enrolled 3,427 undergraduates in fall 2025 blocks from downtown.

Where we place

The buildings we are looking for in Holland.

Not a generic list. These are the property types that actually exist here in volume.

  1. 01

    Advanced manufacturing

Furniture, automotive interiors, battery production and automation, all on multi-shift schedules in buildings where nobody is walking out for lunch.

  2. 02

    Healthcare and higher education

Holland Hospital and Hope College. Populations that are on site at every hour and cannot always leave.

  3. 03

    Retail corridors and downtown

The US-31 corridor in the township, the Shops at Westshore — now de-malled into an open-air center — and the downtown district.

Holland Charter Township is a separate government and is actually larger than the city, so a good deal of what people call Holland commercially sits in the township. We serve both — it only matters that you give us the real address, so we plan the right run rather than the right-sounding one.

Straight answer

Are you actually going to drive to Holland?

Holland is the farthest point inside our radius, about thirty-eight minutes west, and we are not going to pretend the distance does not exist. We run it as a lakeshore trip with Zeeland rather than as a standalone drive. If your building is here, expect us to be candid about service frequency rather than promising the same response time we would give a property five minutes from our base. Honest scheduling beats a promise we cannot keep.

What it costs you

Nothing. The same terms everywhere we go.

  • No cost to the property. No purchase, no lease, no required revenue share, no service contract to sign.
  • No labor. We install it, stock it, service it and handle refunds. Our contact information goes on the machine, not yours.
  • Month to month. If the machine stops being worth the floor space it sits on, tell us and we come pull it out.
  • What we need from you. A standard 120V outlet, WiFi the machine can join, and roughly eight square feet of floor.
  • Card only. Tap, chip or mobile wallet. No cash sits on your property and there is nothing worth breaking into.
  • An assortment built for your building. Sometimes people just need snacks. Sometimes non-traditional items go a long way. We will build a selection that matches the quirkiness of your community — nothing is too weird, as long as it is legal.

We place machines nearby too

Just outside Holland? Ask anyway — the 30-mile radius is a guideline, not a fence.
